Welcome to Awelewa Clothing. These Terms govern your use of our website and purchase of our products. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are in Naira (₦) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely via Paystack. We accept Verve, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and verified.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We personally contact every buyer via phone/WhatsApp after order to confirm details and arrange delivery.
• Delivery time: 3–7 working days (Lagos/Southwest faster, other states 5–10 days depending on courier and location).
• Couriers: GIG Logistics, Nipost, or trusted local partners.
• We provide tracking once dispatched. Delays due to weather, traffic, or courier issues are possible — we will keep you updated.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if item is unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in original condition.
• Buyer pays return shipping unless item is faulty/defective (we cover return in that case).
• Refunds processed to original payment method within 7–14 days after we receive and inspect item.
• Contact us first via WhatsApp/phone before returning.

4. Product Information

• We try to display colors/sizes accurately, but slight variations may occur due to lighting/screens.
• Check size guide before ordering — we assist with fit questions via WhatsApp.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content on this site are owned by Awelewa Clothing. You may not copy or reproduce without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, delays beyond our control, or misuse of products.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
